Tracking your order
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking usually becomes active within a few hours of dispatch.
In-store pickup
Choose in-store pickup at checkout and collect your order at any ENOVA store carrying the item — see the Store Locator. Pickup orders are held for 7 days.
Returns & exchanges
Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Start a return by contacting us with your order code. Sale items and the Enamel Pin Set are final sale.
Delays
During launch weeks, public holidays and severe weather, delivery can take one to two days longer than the estimates above. We'll always tell you if your order is affected.
