This site is operated by ENOVA STORE CO., LTD, 12 Nguyen Hue, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. "We", "us" and "ENOVA" refer to that company; "you" refers to anyone using the site.

2. Using the site

You may browse, shop and share links freely. You may not scrape the site, resell our content, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

3. Products, prices and availability

We try to show every product accurately, but colours can vary between screens. Prices include VAT and can change without notice. If an item is mispriced or out of stock after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example where we suspect resale, fraud, or an obvious pricing error.

5. Returns

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Our own return window and conditions are set out under Shipping & Delivery.

6. Intellectual property

The ENOVA name, logo, product designs, photography and site copy belong to us or our licensors. Don't reproduce them commercially without written permission.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for activity under your account until you tell us it's been compromised.

8. Liability

We don't limit liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you place your order.
