Pick whatever is easiest at checkout. Every price on the site is in Vietnamese dong and includes VAT.
Cash on delivery (COD)
Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Available nationwide on orders up to 5.000.000đ. Please check the parcel before paying.
Bank transfer
Transfer the order total to the account below and put your order code in the transfer note. We ship as soon as the transfer clears, usually within a few hours on business days.

Cards & e-wallets
Visa, Mastercard, JCB and domestic ATM cards are accepted, as well as Momo and ZaloPay. Card payments are processed by our payment partner — ENOVA never stores your card details.
Invoices
Need a VAT invoice? Add your company name and tax code to the order notes at checkout and we'll issue one within 3 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back the way you paid. Bank transfers and e-wallets take 3–5 business days; card refunds can take up to 14 days depending on your issuer.
