What we collect

• Order details — name, phone number, email address, delivery address and order notes.
• Messages — anything you send through the contact form or the newsletter form.
• Technical data — your cart is kept in a session cookie so it survives page loads; basic server logs record IP address and browser for security.

Why we use it

To take payment, pack and deliver your order, answer your questions, and — only if you asked for it — send you the newsletter. We don't build advertising profiles from your order history.

Who sees it

Only the people who need it: our fulfilment team, the courier delivering your parcel, and our payment provider. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Contact-form messages are deleted after 24 months. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for your shopping cart and, if you consent, basic analytics to see which pages people read. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the cart will stop working if you do.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email support@enova.example and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and card details are handled entirely by our payment partner, never stored on our servers.
